Actually, I'd choose "passed out drunk at a party" if that was one of the options. And there ought to be a tie-breaker - guess Miley's age when the embarrassing moment occurs. I think she's a couple years away yet - let's go with "17 years and 7 months".

heh. i have to admit i don't follow her antics. i know she had a couple foot-in-mouths. and a body-double during her concerts scam that i'm frankly on her side on.
i suspect Billy Ray does his best to rein her in right now. but when she's 17 or 18, what then? she'll be too old to do her Lolita personna anymore. that's when the Britney personna will emerge.
