Twice Upon A Time

Apparently, book titles are not copyrightable. There's at least a dozen different "Twice Upon A Time" selections to choose from at Amazon. One of which I am just finishing reading.

Yeah I know when Marcia's published her books, sometimes she's had to change the title because the publisher thinks too many other books already have that title or one similar. Apparently it's pretty common.

there must be some sort of restrictions though. Surely if i put out a book called "Harry Potter Breaks The Da Vinci Code", somebody is gonna sue me.

Yeah, you're probably right. Though Harry Potter's name is copyrighted, so that probably makes a difference.
