“Let’s see,” Teresa said in a chipper tone
of voice as she assumed a plastic smile.
“We need to find food, but we can’t disrupt the Prime Continuum, and
since we’re in a castle under siege, we’ll be lucky to steal a few potatoes.”
“No potatoes yet,” Gabriel’s mouth watered at the thought of a big baked
potato with melted cheddar cheese and sour cream. “Potatoes
come from Peru. They don’t end up in
Europe until the 1700’s.”
“Thank you, Mr. History.”

in France in 1203 AD at this point in time.)
