I love Swedish crime novelists. Henning Mankell, Maj Sjowall & Per Wahloo, and now the late Stieg Larsson. The Girl With The Dragon Tattoo is the first book in his "Millenium" trilogy, and I know I'm way behind the times. The first two books have already been made into movies.

A wealthy octagenarian asks Mikhael Blomkvist to re-examine the 36-year-old investigation into his niece's murder to see who did it and what happened to the body. A semi-autistic dragon-tattooed hacker girl joins in the effort. A complex page-turner. Good reading.
