    Five years ago, today, 26 victims - 20 of them elementary grade kids - were gunned down by a deranged killer with an assault weapon.  As of today, absolutely NOTHING has been done to prevent this from happening again.  NEVER FORGET!

    You know, when more than 50 people are killed by a white, male, gun nut, and all you care about is hanging on to your f**king assault rifle, something is seriously wrong with you..

Another School Shooting

    It's pathetically tragic.  45 school shootings already this year, and you can bet your bottom bullet that all you'll hear from your gun-nut friends is the snarky, "yeah, but if all those students had been packing assault weapons, this never would've happened."

    Utter bullshit.  What they really mean is, "we'd rather have hundreds of innocent people killed by firearms every year than one iota of gun control".

    And until the rest of us get off our butts and vote in people who aren't puppets of the NRA, nothing's going to change.

    The GOP-wad Presidential candidates are tripping all over themselves trying to lamely explain why we shouldn't think of the tragic church shooting in South Carolina as evidence of racism or the need for gun control.

    Frankly, it makes them look like the racist hatemongers that they are.  This was an act of racism, and it is a clear reason why we need to make it tougher for everyone to get guns.

    Here we go again.  Student goes on rampage in a Ohio high school, and three more kids are cut down in their prime of life.  But God forbid that anyone should call for even a shred of gun control.  Cuz you never know when those commie Cubans (or commie North Koreans, or commie Iranians, or pinko Norwegians) are gonna invade the United States, and we'll all have to be like Patrick Swayze-ish, and hide out in the wilds of Colorado.  With our Rugers.
