well, they don't do any routines. mostly, they participate in the various promotions (you can see them out on the ice for the hairy back ocntest), wave signs that say "Noise" whenever the Roadrunners score a goal, and ...erm... jiggle.
when none of that is going on, they circulate through the crowd doing photo-ops, and sitting & chitchatting with anyone and everyone.
you can also see "Rocky", the mascot, in the hairy back contest pic. he does the same stuff, but i am told if you get a hug from him, you'll find out his outfit smells like it hasn't been washed in months.
One perk about going to a Roadrunners game - you can get your picture taken with the cheerleader cutie.
